Hali is a certified Mobility & Rehabilitation Coach; Level 3 PT & has a 1:1 (BSc) from the University of London (Royal Holloway). She specialises in mobility & rehabilitation, especially getting others back to the sports they love doing and out of pain. Over her career she has studied & taken part in many courses related to her own journey which eventually led her & Calum to combine the methods into their own philosophy that they are teaching other coaches via their online CPD courses since 2019.

At this point I struggled to walk and my back specialists and physios told me it ‘wouldn’t likely get any better’. He co-founded Flow Motion Fitness with Hali, creating CPD-certified courses to share his expertise and empower coaches to effectively assess and train mobility. Dedicated to combining strength and mobility in smarter ways, Calum helps clients and coaches alike improve movement, performance, and overall success.
