
Programs provide a framework for a client to progress. Depending on the client’s goals and starting point, you may have found that certain exercises and progressions are ideal to use over and over again.

Maybe you like to structure your training weeks in a specific way, or have found a great progression for learning a skill. The program feature lets you assign these routines to groups of clients at one time. You can then go into each client’s individual workout routine to make individual adjustments, or use “Active Sync” to update the program for all clients at once!

TrueCoach programs can work for more than just your client’s exercise routine. As a nutrition coach, you may have clients who aren’t ready for tracking macros. If your coaching revolves around teaching clients healthy eating habits, too, then programs can be the perfect tool to monitor those habits. You can assign each meal as an exercise so clients can tell you what they ate and even take pictures of the meal itself. You can select the individual or group of clients who will be using the program, pick a start date, then choose the day or week of the program you want them to start on. If after a few weeks a client struggles to complete the workouts in your program, it’s easy to reassign the program beginning at a more convenient starting point for the client.
