As a former gym owner, I can empathize with the struggle and uncertainty that many in the industry are going through right now.
As you can imagine, TrueCoach as a platform and as a community together are in a very fortunate situation to be able to help a lot of gym owners and coaches weather this storm. To accomplish this, we are doing the following:
- Extending our free trial length from 14 to 30 days. We’ve also extended the trial length for everybody currently in one. We hope we are on the other side of this pandemic in 30 days, but we will gladly add more time if not.
- We’ve created a Facebook group so you can all share with each other on how you are continuing to help clients throughout this. A lot of you are are seasoned veterans in the remote coaching world, but there will be a lot of new faces that need to take care of their clients through this. Let’s help each other out. Our ask: We’d love your help in 1) inviting other TrueCoach coaches into the group, and 2) keeping the conversation focused around the effects of the COVID-19 outbreak. Please save any feature requests or TrueCoach platform questions for the support team as you normally do.
- Extending our support hours outside of our traditional 8am-5pm’ish MST schedule to 5am-8:30pm and bringing in additional help in the short term to keep our response times low and your questions answered. We’ll also be hosting additional webinars and office hours on Instagram.
- Ensuring our servers are scaling and able to handle the increased demand. Luckily, our cloud infrastructure makes this very easy.
Our goal with the above is to stop the bleeding in the industry and help coaches & gym owners through the very real possibility of drastically reduced revenues and extended forced gym closures over the coming weeks.
