Madeline Allaire is a dually licensed Certified Athletic Trainer and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist based in New England. She practices comprehensive programs incorporating injury prevention, nutrition, and best sleep practices to mold the ideal athlete. Madeline has worked with a very diverse population from a two-year-old tennis athlete to a Division I Harvard athlete, to a 99-year-old recovering from knee surgery. Madeline is also a USPTA certified tennis coach and the Head Women's Tennis Coach for Salem State University. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, playing competitive USTA tennis, reading research articles, and traveling in her RV.
